Waist to Hip ratio

We have written before how a large waist to hips ratio bodes ill for your future health. Now a new study will tell you how to test yourself to see if you are at risk. A waist to hips ratio of 0.9 for men and 0.85 for women had twice the risk of others with smaller waists of heart disease. In fact waist to hips ratio was a better predictor of ill health than BMI.
