Testosterone and Heart Attacks

Testosterone and Heart Attacks

A new study has shown that high testosterone levels are dangerous. Testosterone supplements are now heavily advertised to men to increase muscle mass, libido and overall well being. The problem is that all drugs have risks, which are however not mentioned in the ads. The right way to maintain muscle mass, health and well being is to maintain a normal body weight, get adequate sleep and exercise vigorously. However these things take self discipline and hard work whereas supplements are touted as a way to reap the benefits of a healthy lifestyle without having to put in the work. As with almost all drug based pitches, this one is a dangerous fantasy to patients, but it is lucrative pay day to industry.
