- Relevant anatomy, physiology and terminology.
- The mechanisms of common knee and shoulder injuries.
- An explanation of which injuries are severe and most in need of legal representation.
- How to determine if the apparent proximate cause matches the injury.
- Examining whether the latest medical teatment options have been offered to the client.
- What the likely disability, prognosis and damges will be.
